  • Input the book thickness, pressing and joint pressing will be finished automatically.
    Square back and Round back both works.
    One person can operate the whole processes of pressing and joint pressing at one time.     • Different radians of round back positioning plates and square back positioning plates can process different sizes of round back and square back of book blocks.
    • Choose square back or round back settings interface by touchable screen, it has error operation warning.
    • Pressing time, pressing & joint press mode and heating mode can be chosen separately.
    • PLC control system is more convenient to adjust and setup the parameters than other old type machines.
    • Infrared grating protection device ensures the operator's safety. High-speed optical fiber detecting and efficient auto-induction continuous operation.
    • External pressure display and the pressure can be adjusted.
    • Small floor space, easy to enter into elevator door and office door.
    • Equips with high load bearing footmaster casters, which is convenient to level adjusting, fixing and moving the machine.
    • PJ360A is penumatic type, smooth running and noise-free, PJ360B is hydraulic type.
