  • BCR50 Book Case Rounding Machine
    Press out the middle back plate of the hardcover case into an arc shape matching the thickness of the book block, which is used to fit the book block after rounding the book block.
    It is suitable for the production of hardcover books with different sizes, small and medium batches and personalized round backs.
    • Four different arc-shaped round back molds are equipped as standard for heating and shaping, which is suitable for the production of round back hardcover books with different thickness.
    • The heating temperature of round back mold is adjustable.
    • The setting time of book case pressing can be adjusted and set according to the demand.
    • The foot valve controls pneumatic pressure, and the pressure is adjustable.
    • Replace different arc shaping molds and match round back hardcover books with different thickness.
    •The arc die is replaced and pulled, which is loosened and fixed by pneumatic control.

    Switch the parallel radian heatable pressing tool accroding to the width of the spine.
    Switch the parallel radian wooden bearing device which is matched to the pressing tool.
    Pneumatic positioning rod locks the wooden bearing device.

    		Temperature and rounding time can be adjusted.
