  • BY350  Rounding and Backing Machine
    It is used to produce rounded back hardcover books by rounding and backing the spine of book blocks automatically. It is suitable for multi-species, short to medium run and unconventional size rounded back books production.
    ● One single person can operate the whole processes of rounding and backing at one time. 
    ●  The manipulator detects, clamps and then puts the book block in rounding and backing device.
    ● Touchable colour screen can set the working mode and related parameters such as rounding radian, backing size and backing time.
    ● PLC and stepper motor controls the rotate speed and angle of rounding roller to adjust the rounding radian.
    ● Working status can be observed by the transparent protective cover.

    Place the bookblock
    The manipulator detects and clamps the placed bookblock, and put it into the rounding and backing device.
    Rounding
    Round the spine of bookblock by rounding rollers.
    Backing
    Backing the both sides of the spine during the rounding process.

    Deliver the finished bookblock
    Pneumatic clamp deliver the finished bookblock.
    Small size rounding
    Change small size clamp to rounding the super small size bookblocks.
