  • Input the thickness of the book blocks, and the casing- in will be processed automatically.
    Square back and Round back both works.
    Suitable for casing-in multi-species and short to medium run of hard cover books and photobooks. 
    Both sides uniformly gluing, end papers pasting and casing-in automatically with high consistency and high rate  of finished products.Input the thickness of the book blocks by HMI touch screen, the position of each process will be adjusted automatically, change different sizes of book blocks in seconds.
    Three different radians of round back positioning plate and one square back positioning plate can case-in different sizes of round back and square back of book blocks.
    PLC control system is more convenient to adjust and setup the parameters than other old type machines.
    Infrared grating protection device ensures the operator's safety.
    High speed optical fibre detect the position of the book blocks, autonomous control and running. 
    Provide multiple working modes switch: Auto mode, Manual mode and Inching mode.
    Feed the book blocks accurately and steadily by double guide rails.
    Multi-point linkage design, easy to operate and ensure safety.
    Equips with high load casters, convenient to level adjusting, fixing and moving the machine.
